Max Alm-Norell is an acclaimed Scandinavian artist with more than 80 exhibitions internationally. His work has been shown across Europe, the United States and Asia, and is represented in both private and corporate collections. Working across photography, painting and mixed media, he creates powerful, layered narratives about identity, memory and what it means to be human.
For The Story of the Scars, the work is also personal. Max has known Adiba for nearly thirty years. His involvement comes from a belief that art should not only be seen, but have the power to mean something, to someone.

The organization focuses on three core pillars: funding breakthrough medical research, providing clinical rehabilitation, and offering vital peer support to patients and families.

Adiba Zeito brings over two decades of leadership from the tech, innovation and startup ecosystems of Stockholm and San Francisco. Additionally and more importantly she has been living with, and in active treatment for stage 4 metastatic breast cancer for 11 years. With cancer as a constant in her life, she has actively advocated for patients through volunteer and board roles at various cancer organizations. Driven by this unique blend of deep knowledge and firsthand experience, she founded the non-profit AICANcer to ensure that AI in oncology is done ethically, equally and with the perspectives and experiences of all cancer patients at the forefront.
